Nearly a week and still no Quick start box delivered- terrible service

I ordered a Quick start package back in December which was due for delivered Sat 2nd. It never arrived and after contacting Yodel they said the parcel was lost at their delivery centre. I have rung Virgin every day this week, waiting an hour on hold to speak to an advisor, before being told a replacement hub has been ordered and will be with me the next day - and still nothing arrives. I can't believe it is nearly a week and nothing has arrived. Also customer service advisors keep saying they will ring me back and no-one does. 

How hard can it be to dispatch a new piece of kit to me? Surely you want my business? And to top it off I can see I have been charged my first direct debit payment!! The cheek of it!

It most likely has been ordered, and Yodel have probably put it in someone elses recycling bin on collection day! 

If you've not received it after 7 days I'd ring back and ask for a tracking code rather than another router, the first one might arrive by then.
