Nearly a week and still no Quick start box delivered- terrible service
I ordered a Quick start package back in December which was due for delivered Sat 2nd. It never arrived and after contacting Yodel they said the parcel was lost at their delivery centre. I have rung Virgin every day this week, waiting an hour on hold to speak to an advisor, before being told a replacement hub has been ordered and will be with me the next day - and still nothing arrives. I can't believe it is nearly a week and nothing has arrived. Also customer service advisors keep saying they will ring me back and no-one does.
How hard can it be to dispatch a new piece of kit to me? Surely you want my business? And to top it off I can see I have been charged my first direct debit payment!! The cheek of it!
