I work for the NHS and I have been trying to set up my new account for the past 3 weeks to no avail.
The previous tenant of the apartment has had virgin & TV & broadband as the kit is still here. The 3 times I have placed an order I have received an email that the previous tenant still has an account with virgin.
I have called 3 times each have said that my booking will cancel out the previous tenants contract & that the previous tenants contract was due to be closed anyway. The online chat has been less than helpful.
I would be grateful if someone could appreciate that I need WiFi for my patients & that this is a serious issue.
