Hi all! Due to have virgin broadband plus the emergency phone installed at a new house on Monday (I requested the box be sent to my current address, not received yet...), but I got a phone call yesterday. When I answered it just said "this is Virgin Media sorry we couldn't reach you please call us back", which I thought was a bit cheeky but whatever.
I called back today, after going through the phone menu they just hung up on me. Think it's worth pursuing or should I just wait until Monday? I think if they really wanted to reach me they would probably try again or at least answer the phone...?
