Mystery Cable From Ground

adar1
Tuning in

For Context I had Virgin Media a very long time ago  (around 2007) and when the house got renovated the socket inside the house got removed

I am trying to switch to Virgin today and I have booked a PreInstall. I found a double coaxial cable in my front drive that is from the ground and I was wondering whether this in fact a Virgin cable

Looks like it could be a cable connection. I cannot clearly see the ends, but one should be a coax and the other a telephone with 4 strands.

Looks to me as if a technician can install an omnibus on the short wall to the left unless they can pull the coax a bit further in to mount on the house,
