I have just moved into a new house and I am looking at getting Virgin fibre. After checking the online post code checker I got the message that I need to provide my details and they will be in touch in 10 working days.
So far its been more than that but no call yet. I have checked other house numbers on the post code checker and every single other house on my street can get Virgin services except mine.
Is it possible this is just some mistake or should I give up trying to get Virgin and go for another provider?
