My virginmedia account - unable to signup or signin
I am a new VM customer who has had virginmedia services before under the username which i signed up for. It has been almost 4 or so days after installation and I am unable to signup or login to my virginmedia account for billing and websafe settings.
I have tried to reset the username/password but all to no avail. It keeps going in loops.
I was wondering if someone could assist me in getting my account set up.
