My virgin media QuickStart installation

I put an order in for a quick start delivery as I already have a Virgin Box and line at my new house, this was weeks ago and I’m still waiting to hear if the order has even gone through. I’ve heard nothing and I’ve had no WiFi for a month now my children are going crazy!
