My virgin kit is not delivered.

I am waiting for Yodel to transport my equipment today(1/9/2021). The system sent me a text message asking me to reply GO. After I replied, I could not see my order information on the mobile phone application. I want to know what happens. I don‘t have Internet now, i need it to support my study.
