Maybe somebody here had similar experience.
Ordered Vigin broadband on 2 february with engineer installation which later was changed to self-installation by text message.
Never got any parcel or email/sms/phonecall about my delivery but somehow status of my broadband is "activated" from 8 february.
Called support and was told the parcel was delivered, after explaining the situation i was told another Quick start equipment will be sent to me.
That was on saturday 13 february and i still didn't get any parcel or email/sms.
Any help would be much appreciated.
