My installation appointment schedule was changed and I need to change it

Just joined


My installation appointment schedule is changed for tomorrow quite abruptly and I can't change the date as was never provided an account number which means I can't register for an account with virgin media.

I can't find any other way to access my account and no one is going to be at the new house tomorrow.
