My garden has been dug up

I came home yesterday to find my garden dug up by v m  . I have had no notice at all . It is private property.  How can this happen?

Have you recently ordered VM install? Are you a current VM customer?

Has your neighbour - is that where the dug trench (containg cable) is "heading"?

Post up some photo's so the VM staff can see the situation when they pick this up

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 1 WiFi, 1 on PA) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On 250Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
