I'm trying to set up broadband but my flat is not listed on the address list, even though my neighbour's is, and she uses Virgin broadband. My flat has a virgin media connection point, but I can't currently set up an account as my address isn't showing up.

Hey melissak, thanks for your first post on our forums and a warm welcome from us in the community.

We're sorry to see your address is not listed although your building has VM connections and therefore you cannot apply for our services online.

Have you tried to contact our Sales team at 0800 183 1234 as they can look this up for you and also arrange a spotter to visit and determine if we can connect you to our network?

If so, please let us know what was advised there.
