I have moved into a new flat recently and would like to set up Virgin Media Broadband but it seems that my address has not been added to the VM database. And I have checked and my flat is in the Royal Mail address database. Could someone please help me to get my address added? Because I seem to be unable to place my order without. I would really like to use the Virgin Media services if I can but if this doesn't get resolved I might not be able to!

Thank you for your message but I don’t think this is case. Virgin media seems to be providing service for everyone else on the street. I’m living in a house converted into a flats so I think that’s the reason for the issue. I believe they just need to update their system to match the Royal Mail and it should all be good!
