My fibre cables have still not been fixed yet

Hi there,

Me and my friends have been living in our new property for 4 weeks now and have still not had our broadband fixed. we have had an engineer and a technician sent out to the property and both said that our cables need changed. I need this done soon as possible as me and my friends are all working from home and can work properly without our broadband.
