Please can someone help us with this ongoing problem.
My elderly parents have had no internet connection for months. We have managed to get a new hub 3 router but there is still no internet. We ran the test suggested on the website, but still no signal.
We think it's the wiring outside the house which will need an engineer, but can't even get far enough to book one. It's so frustrating. My parents Virgin landline is working but there is no internet or catch up on the TV. We have phoned 4 times and had to wait for 30 to 45 mins before the call is answered. Each time we are cut off in the middle of describing the problem. We have emailed twice with absolutely no response. I don't know what to do!
