Hi, I keep trying to have broadband connected by Virgin Media. We only have 2 addresses on this street, number 1 and 2, [MOD EDIT: Personal details].
The Virgin system only recognises number 2.
I've phoned in a few times and logged the issue with promises of someone resolving but no one ever does.
Number 2 has virgin media just fine but nowhere do you recognise number 1.
Can this be corrected ?

There could be a number of reasons why one property could receive service and not another. It’s very difficult to say without understanding it a little more so I would like to take a look at this for you and see what I can do to help.
