I have not received my QuickStart box. My order was refused at my neighbors door, but I have not had anything from Yodel or Virgin media and this was meant to be delivered on Tuesday!
It is now Thursday and I am still unaware of whether or not my delivery has been rescheduled. No way of contacting Virgin either, please can someone advise.
Have you had a text from yodel/VM with tracking details. The landing page normally gives you a few options for redelivery or collections and the current status of your package.
I checked and it says that the package has been sent back to Virgin. There is no way to reschedule the delivery on the app. Now it says I am no longer a virgin media customer?!
Yes you need ring customer services to reschedule or your contract will simply be cancelled as unwanted.
