My Address Does Not Exist

Hi, 

I moved to a flat in January, old terrace house split into 2 flats, only the full address for the house is found on the Virgin site and the neighbours downstairs have Virgin yet I have been frustratingly pased around the houses within Virgin now for 6 months yes that's a 6, I would apreciate anyones help to get this resolved so we can have our Virgin packages back

Welcome to the community !

The issue you describe is quite common as many homes are often split into separate flats. please can i ask how many flats their are?

We would also need to contact the current account holder to correct their address on our systems too. Overall it should take no longer than 2-3 days to resolve.
