My 1gb contract and hub was supposed to arrive on the 14th aug and it hasn't

Like the title says. I haven't received my new free hub or any of my information on my account, yet i have a pre-contract email and two codes that confirm the order and the sent hub? What should I do?

Sorry to hear you have been having this issue, can you provide a screenshot of the contract information you have confirming this order, please do obscure any personal details on this.

I have the account details now, Thanks for that.

Can I just ask if you can recall how much the upgrade was going to be.

That way I can see what can be done from here as the order is not showing on the account.
