Moving

I am an existing customer and We will be moving flat in a few days and intend to take my service with me. I know the new flat has a virgin media connecction as I saw a virgin hub when we viewed 3 months ago. if I just plug my current equipment in, will I be good to go or is there anything else i'll need to do?

Re: Moving

Surly under the current global situation you shouldn't be moving right now.

Re: Moving

You need to start a move request on your account to have your services transferred over to the new address.

Plug and play won’t work.

Re: Moving

A. It’s an advisory

B. It says you can do it if the property you’re going to is vacant from the previous tenants/owners

C. This is now off-topic

You legally can't be kicked out right now.

Re: Moving

Not that this is any of your concern and as another member has said, this is off topic.

The flat I am moving into is vacant (empty) and all of the paperwork was completed prior to lockdown so actually it is possible.

Re: Moving

How do I do that at this time? most of the services aren't available either online or by phone at the moment, especially home move. I can see myself paying for a servicce I will not be able to use
