As the title says, I am moving to a new house and Virgin Media don't have coverage there. My current contract (internet only) has 9 months to go.
On their website I saw that I have to pay a cancellation fee (calculated based on how many months are left) and then provide Proof of my new address so they can confirm that they have no coverage there and refund me the cancellation fee.
Has anyone done that and have they got their money back?
Welcome to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.
This is certainly how our processes work, we only charge you for the services you have used, once you can provide us the proof that you have moved to an address we cannot service we would cancel the disconnection fees and so if you have paid it we would provide this back to you.
