I will have about 9 months left in the cont, and seems they don’t have it at the new address, Would I be able to cancel the contract without penalties?

Hi @jeff9870,

Thank you for your post and welcome to our community forums. We're here to help.

It's a shame to hear that our services aren't currently available at your new home. It looks like @Cardiffman282 has offered a link with some further information, but provided you can supply evidence that the new address isn't serviceable and that you're living there then we can look into amending the fees.

Thanks,
