I have a contract with VM and I'll move to a new built flat soon. I want to keep using VM. When I call VM, the cs said she couldn't find my new full address in the system but she is sure that the VM can support the street where the building locates. Can anyone help me with this issue?
Staff here can investigate. If it is just one property missing & the rest of the road has it you are in with a chance. If the road itself doesn’t have it the VM won’t install without significant interest from the rest of the addresses in the street.
