Moving to New Build Flat, Postcode says VM doesn’t cover but Developers said yes

Hi! I’m moving into my New Build Flat on Monday 07/11/2022 and need to move my Service there. The building has all the connections built-in and other buildings around have connections. This is the right in the Centre of town so it’s impossible not to be covered. I am the first person to move in so maybe that’s why? I really need urgent assistance but I can’t get a hold off the movers team. Any help would be appreciated!
