Moving the cable

My cable that runs around the house and in to the hub is getting damaged as it’s in a vulnerable position we need it shortening and bringing in the front how can I get this done. Is it something I can do I’m also struggling to keep my tv phone etc connected to the Wi-Fi.

You cannot do any work on the VM co-ax cables.  It's a reasonable £25 call out fee to relocate cables and Hub.

If you wait here a day or two, a VM Mod will pick this up and arrange the work.
