There will be a cost of £25 for a non fault call out.
Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, it has been a while, as advised by Tudor we can arrange for your Router to be relocated which would be a one off £25 call out charge, this would go on the next bill after the appointment.
This can be arranged by calling 150 from a Virgin Media Landline or Mobile.
