Moving my package

Hi there this is a strange one.... I've recently agreed to move my virgin package to an address that I was supposed to move into, the move didn't go through and now I'm at my address where the package was installed, is there anyway I can have my service restored at my address? I called about this earlier and the advisors sounded less than convincing Thanks

Should be any reasons why not, might take 24/48hrs to reactivate, could give the moving house team a callback to query
