Moving into first house how to get set up

Hi,

So basically I want to get set up for Virgin Media in my new home, we move in on the 20th August but want to make sure everything is ready to go when we get there.

The Virgin Website says that I can get a quick start kit for this house which is great. My other half currently gets an NHS deal which I would like to take advantage of.

Do we know if it's possible to get the Quick Start kit sent to my current address ready to plug in when we move?

Also if the quick start kit doesn't work would we be able to get an engineer out without paying anything extra?

Cheers
