Moving in 7 Days - Need to sort urgently

I have been trying to get into contact with someone about moving for a while now and I cannot get any reply from the text service and the call centre for moving is closed. What do I do?

Hi are you with virgin already or a new customer if you are new to Vm then I can get the sales staff to call asap, if your moving and already a customer then its a case of calling 150.

Pm if needed, if its new contract I can getsomeone to contact you today.

I don't have a home phone installed and my mobile is on EE so 150 send me through to them. I am a current vm customer and I just want to move my package as soon as, I move on Saturday I believe but I work for the Ambulance Service so its difficult for me to get in touch with someone

If you call 03454541111 it may take a,while due to the situation but will then be sorted.
