Moving house, speed query

Looking to move house soon. 

OFCOM checker says gigabit is available, virgins site says 350 max. 

Why would this be different? Also i read that gigabit should be available at all virgin enabled households now?

1G is available everywhere on the VM network.

Interesting, so why when i look at packages will it only let me go to 350?

It is quite strange but I'd advise speaking to our Home Movers Team on 150 / 0345 454 1111, options 1, 4 and 3 - this will get you through to that team who will be able to arrange the move for you, at the correct tariff too.

Thanks i will do that closer to the time. 

Out of interest, are you confirming that every property with a virgin connection should now have the gig1 service?

The technology is in place to connect at 1G, but the network capacity is limited in some areas.
