I told Virgin Media I was moving on the 18th then received a text on the 19th stating that Yodel would deliver a moving kit - it hasn't turned up and it's now the 27th. We move on the 29th. Do I actually need the moving kit to install or is it as simple as just plugging everything in? The property supposedly had Virgin Media under the last owner who passed away 2 months ago. Since it's a Saturday it means that if we can't self install on the 29th then we'd be left with no help until at least the 2nd due to Sunday then a Bank Holiday.
