Moving house Virgin cancelled engineer

Tuning in

I had booked an move day of the 19th, received emails and texts confirming, booked the day off work  and at 8am that morning (after they had disconnected the account) they emailed to say date has moved to the 30th June…. No explanation nothing l.


after 2 hours on a call we have been told 

- 30th is the earliest date available

- no reason for the change

- reconnection at existing property will take approx 48 hours 

so we are now stuck between two houses and Virgin have still not confirmed things.

horrendous service and really disappointing- enough stress as it is and then this happens.

I am meant to be working from the house and. Low that’s a thrown up and a mess.  Just no regard at all for the customer - has this happened to anyone else I want and deserve an  explanation.
