Moving home

Hello

I’m moving home and would like to take my Virgin Media broadband with me.

My contract is up for renewal and I’ve had the sales team call me but when I request a house move they can’t help. 

I‘ve tried calling the moving team and using the ‘message us’ option but can’t get through. 

Is there someone at Virgin Media who can sort this out for me?
