I informed Virgin Media I was moving tomorrow and had a conversation on the chat about moving my service over to my new flat. They told me I could move this over to my new flat but the flat doesn't seem to have a connection point? What do I do and who do I speak with?
In this current climate, many people are working from home including myself and I really need internet connection to be able to work.
Any ideas or thoughts or what I can do to get through to someone and get this sorted would be grately appreciated.
