Moving home

Hi

I've recently moved house and cant get my internet started. 

Called virgin today, the guy i spoke to said that i need to call the tech support, but when he was trying to redirect me there he told me tech support is down. He also told me to go to virgin media page, in help section. 

Dont know what am i supposed to look for over there. 

Help
