Moving home: getting NO ANSWER from Virgin

I am moving home tomorrow. I have completed a million chat boxes/message us boxes/forms and been on hold for 45 mins about our move. it's an endless loop of no answer in every direction I try. A broadband connection is critical for us to be able to work from home from the moment we move in. I understand it's difficult to speak to someone but we've been trying for over a week, no call backs as promised, no answers in any way. My mobile phone bill is going to be extortionate just for the privilege of sitting on hold. Please can someone tell me how to get a hold of Virgin??!

Try ringing at 8am for the best result and smallest queue time. 

But note, at the current moment in time, things are done when they are done. It could takes days, weeks or months. If the internet is critical for you then I suggest you research a mobile data plan whilst waiting for virgin.
