Moving home - broadband?

Hi there, 

I booked a broadband installation online 30th March for 8th April

We then had to delay as home move got delayed - I now have a new date, but can't seem to get hold of anyone at Virgin to rebook the install - can anyone help?? (phone line doesn't work, social media isn't responding, can't find answers on website)

We're moving into a house that previously had Virgin Broadband, so no install etc. needed - just needs switching on (I think!) - in St Albans, Hertfordshire area
