Moving home and account synchronisation

Hello,

 

I'm in the process of moving home, but I won't be living in the new house until renovation works have been completed. Is it possible to remove my services from my previous address until I am in the new house and get setup there?

Hi Ben,

 

Thanks for posting,

 

When moving home you would need to speak with the movers team on 150/ 0345 454 1111 to advise them of the transfer, with at least 30 days notice.

 

The details will then be set up and install arranged for the new property.

 

You wouldn't be able to stop service temporarily then move across at a later date, you would either need to process the move to the new address or cancel the account.
