Moving home - Do I need to activate after pluggin in the device?
I am moving apartment this weekend and finally got hold of an agent yesterday to move the broadband in the weekend. They confirmed my new apartment has already the set up and I would just need to plugin my device and said they would send the instructions in the email.
However, I didn't receive an email with instructions yet. So I am wondering if I can start using the broadband in new apartment by plugging in the device or do I have to do any kind of activation by call/sms that on Monday morning to activate my internet in the new apartment?
