Hello all,
I've heard it costs £25 to move a Coax socket can I get this done as the current location doesn't have a power socket close enough.
Also the cable for the Coax hasn't been fixed properly (see below) who do I see about getting this fixed or shall I leave it.
Thanks in advance!

The bad cable should be fixed free of charge, but yes there will be a £25 fee for the internal socket to be moved.
Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

I can wait for VM Staff as I’m in no rush.
Cheers.

I don’t think those cables are going to get fixed in a hurry. To sort that lot out would require a specialist heights team. The vast majority of techs only have ladders that reach one floor up, & are not insured or trained to work any higher.

It’s only second floor, doubt you’d need a specialist team.
