Unfortunately, @Z92 is right. We are not sending our technicians to customer properties for non-essential jobs. We are doing this to ensure we keep our customers and staff safe by minimising unnecessary contact.
This request would incur a £99 charge onto your bill when we're able to arrange for an engineer to complete this as this is a request, and not a fault.
