I'd like to move my Hub downstairs next my TV box. I have a box on the wall that feeds the coaxial cable into the house but it only has one connection. Can I buy some kind of splitter or do I need to get Virgin into the house to re-cable? There is nothing on the website I can see about moving the box.
Cheers for any help.

You should contract Virgin Media to make this change at a one-off cost of £25.
It is necessary to take this approach in case the signal levels to your property require re-balancing at the local cabinet.
You can either phone in to arrange this or wait a few days here and the Virgin Media staff will arrange it for you.
