Moving House

Hi, 

I am moving into a new house on Monday 20 April - completely forgot about needing to set up WIFI to work from home. 

I will be a new customer and so will need installation of everything. I know for sure that there is a phone line in the flat. 

Any assistance from a support person would be appreciated considering that the call centre is closed.
