Moving House - Does Virgin know to cancel requests?

I've been trying without success to cancel our Virgin Broadband move of services as due to Covid-19 our house move is delayed indefinitely. I'm sure 99% of all moving services requests are now irrelevant but I want to speak to Virgin to be sure we won't be disconnected.

I've tried live chat, email, and phone calls but can't get through to anyone. Does Virgin know that most service move requests will need to be cancelled?

Hello Zoe,

I am also in the same situation with a move planned for the Saturday the 4th, can you help?

I have tried numerous calls, this forum, texting, WhatsApp and emailing.

Hi Zoe, my parents had to move out of their home on 24/03/2020 due to ill health but I cannot contact anybody to cancel the Virgin package. They are 80 years old and need to cancel ASAP.

can you help?
