Moving House - Does Virgin know to cancel requests?
I've been trying without success to cancel our Virgin Broadband move of services as due to Covid-19 our house move is delayed indefinitely. I'm sure 99% of all moving services requests are now irrelevant but I want to speak to Virgin to be sure we won't be disconnected.
I've tried live chat, email, and phone calls but can't get through to anyone. Does Virgin know that most service move requests will need to be cancelled?
