Moving House Activation Not Work

I scheduled moving house today. Virgin has sent me a new cable. So I typed "GO" to reply the SMS. It said "something went wrong when we tried to activate your kit" So I call 08009539500. Due to the virus lock down, I can't find any operator to follow up.
