Moving Home cant reach VM

I am moving home soon, but I am unable to reach Virgin Media. I tried the chatbot but it never gets back to me.

I tried to call the phone but it still refer me back to the chatbot. 

May I ask if anyone know how can I contact VM for the move?

Hi katarzynadud,

Have you tried the online messenger? Click on the message us icon (should work on a PC but possibly not working on  a tablet or mobile)

 contactus/moving-home 

There is also the text messaging service. Just send  a text with a description of Home Move  to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days. 

You can also call  150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111,  but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues

From a Virgin landline you dial 150 and the options are:-

Welcome message. Option 1 for TV, Broadband and Phone -  Option 2 for mobile

   Select 1  or 2 dependent on your account type - The options below are for TV, Broadband and Phone

Check are you calling from the phone on your account, 1 yes 2 no  

Options available

Selecting Option 1 -   Billing , Pay now 

Selecting Option 2 -  Faults

Selecting Option 3 - New accounts and set up

Selecting Option 4  - Changes to your package or moving home
