Earlier today I placed an order for broadband to be installed in a studio I will be moving into in two weeks.
There's an existing broadband line in the building containing the flat under the landlord's name, however I have agreed with them to install a separate line for my studio flat only.
Earlier I got an email saying there was already a line at the address:
I called back on the number 0800 0527588, however after I explained the rep I spoke to said she would cancel my order and contact the owner of the current line.
Now when I call the number it hangs up after a short automated message. Who can I speak to to address this situation?
