I have moved to a new address. I told Virgin media and so did the estate agents Leaders that we want to transfer our WiFi to our new address. We were received an email saying we will receive a call soon. Now the call centres are closed and no one has contacted me. I have no WiFi so am not receiving anything from Virgin media, I don't want to pay for something i'm not receiving. We would like to transfer as soon as possible as we need the internet right now.
