Moved house this Saturday, and requested that my service be moved to my new house. Ive got the router connected correctly, but I have no internet.
Ive tried calling but I get cut off while waiting, I tried the chat service which I was able to have confirmed that my line hasnt been activated (I didnt recieve a text?) and was transferred to another department where I waited so long everyone had gone home.
Any chance someone could sort this? Not sure what else to do about it.
