Moved house but can't get through

Hi,

I've moved house today and have connected up my router to the virgin connection at my new house. I just need the service switched over to the new address but haven't been able to get through to anyone all day! 😪

Calling any VM number is best done at 08.00 (09.00 Sun) for getting through quickly. Try then if you have no luck in the next hour!

have you contacted the move movers team or did you just take your modem and connect it without letting VM know

Filled in a moving form online. I've now moved there's nothing on my account stating i have any appointments etc. Tried calling through but either constantly get cut off or stay on hold for an hour before getting cut off....or you're closed.

There will be a contract change for the new address.  Has that been confirmed by Virgin?  What does your account say at My Virgin Media?
